University Place Garage & Office
The University Place Phase 2 development aims to be a mixed use retail campus unlike anything else in the Utah Valley. With sleek and modern building finishes and bright and airy indoor and outdoor spaces, this development needed a parking structure and office space that would appeal to young professionals and shoppers alike for decades to come.
The new University Place 5-level parking structure and 4-level office space uses exposed concrete elements to achieve cost, schedule and aesthetic goals.
